-Credit 600+ anything below 550 automatic denial, no more than 2 collections.
-Net income 2.5x the monthly rent
-Rental history with no prior or pending evictions
Any vouchers and all proof of income must be submitted with your application or it will be rejected. Bank statements and paystubs as well as tax returns are accepted and must be provided.

Each adult moving would need to submit an application, app fees are $75 per adult. We will ask to see paystubs, bank statements and/or taxes. Please have these documents readily available before applying.
