Use the address: 8706 E 1St. John, Independence, MO 64053 in your phone's GPS to navigate to the park and look around before calling.
Utilities are additional and include:
>>> Spire Natural Gas for heating and hot water. Gas is much more cost effective than electric heat.
>>> Electricity is from either Independence Power or Evergy, depending on the location in the park. Most pads are 100amp, but 200amp service can be made available if your home is all electric.
>>> Water is either Independence Water, or is sub-metered from the park depending on the location.
>>> Sewer is city sewer from either KC or Independence.
>>> Most residents have Xfinity Internet.
Some pads have decks or patios. Trash service is provided at $10/month.
Used trailers can be grandfathered in to the current codes of the park, but they MUST be inspected by our team BEFORE they are moved and BEFORE a lease can be agreed on. We do not accept Mobile Homes that do not meet or exceed the existing Independence Building Codes.
We do not accept RVs.
