House is all hardwoods except for upstairs bedroom, which is carpeted. Heat is natural gas powered furnace, and there is central air conditioning. The back yard is fenced with easy access by sliding glass door plus a dog door. The house has a carport that is large enough for one car, and the driveway can accommodate additional off street parking. Small to medium sized dogs are allowed, and cats will be considered. There is a one time, non refundable fee for each pet.

In addition to three bedrooms, there is former bedroom that has been converted to a laundry room that includes full size washer and dryer. Kitchen has all major appliances with stainless steel finishes. There are two living room areas.
