Your new home is close to shopping centers with grocery, gas, banks, fro-yo and the iconic favorite dive burger joint beloved by locals, Cy's Drive In. And if you're feeling really lazy, you can walk across the street to the European Cafe and Restaurant for a quick bite.
Resident pays all utilities costs. One small pet is ok. A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet, plus additional rent of $35.00 per pet per month. No Smoking. No laundry facilities on site.
