We can begin processing your application as soon as the application fee and supporting documents (proof of income, drivers license) are received. Supporting documents can be emailed to [Use EMAIL button] . You may also drop off documents at our office through the mail slot in the door if you can not email them.
If you are very serious about renting the property, it is highly recommended to pay the holding deposit of $2695 immediately as these applications are processed first. You may drop the holding deposit of $2695 off to our office through the mail slot in the door. The money order or cashiers check should be made payable to Far West Properties. Please call the following day to confirm that it was received. The application fee of $45 is non-refundable, but the holding deposit of $2695 will be refundable up until you view the property and either confirm or decline the property at the showing. If you decline the property at the showing, the holding deposit will be fully refunded.
Upon approval, this property should be available for immediate occupancy.
