Employment verification of 90 days (paystubs and bank statements)
Self-employed applicants must provide 2 years of tax returns
Cosigner may be required if criteria are not fully met
Applications are evaluated based on credit, income, rental history, employment verification, and background screening in accordance with applicable law.
