Application Fees: $45/per adult 18+ yrs (non-refundable).

MONTHLY RENT:

FIXED UTILITIES:

- Weeding, watering (manual sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back and side yard between home and fence.

- Keeping all areas free of debris.

- Snow removal of public walkway in front of home. Manual sprinklers. Tenant responsible to winterize and dewinterize each season. Lawn mower provided.

UTILITIES:

Water, Sewer, Garbage, Gas, and Electric, up to $150/mo.

PETS:

Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. rent per pet and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Yard is partially fenced.

COOLING SYSTEM:

Swamp cooler for upstairs unit only. Tenant responsible for winterizing and dewinterizing each season.

PARKING:

Upstairs tenant parks underneath carport. Downstairs tenant parks in gravel area.

ABSOLUTELY NO INSIDE SMOKERS/VAPERS. Outside and away from the home ONLY.
