TENANT RESPONSIBLE FOR -

- Both upstairs and downstairs tenants responsible for ALL yard care by watering, weeding, mowing and snow removal.

- Water/sewer/garbage billed monthly to be paid with rent. Power/gas paid directly by tenant.- Gas/electric paid directly.

- Renter's Insurance is required.

ABSOLUTELY NO INSIDE SMOKERS/VAPERS. Outside and away from the home ONLY.
