Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. The full bath (with both shower claw foot tub) and kitchen have been completely renovated. The house has a small fenced-in yard with a patio and BBQ. I have a small cat who lives in the house . My brother will be in the other bedroom and is cared for and fed by someone who comes everyday.. With the exception of his bedroom the tenant will have the entire house to themselves.
