Pet-friendly 3 Bedroom House
Cute, cozy, energy-efficient house with three bedrooms and one full bath up and a half bath down. The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up is conveniently located upstairs.
Tenant is responsible for water and electric. Hilltop will provide mowing.
Photos shown are of a furnished TWO-BEDROOM (this unit is NOT furnished). The difference between a two- and a three-bedroom is that the three-bed has a half-bath downstairs that the two-bed does not have, and there are two bedrooms upstairs. Beyond that, and the extra square footage, the two models are very similar.
Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a max of two animals.
Interested? Your first step is for each adult (18 and older) to submit a FREE screening application at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] A $40 fee that covers background/credit check and pet verification will be required of each adult applicant later in the process if you are qualified and interested in pursuing a lease. We do not do showings until we have done the initial screening of each applicant.
We do annual leases, and we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
In addition to the security deposit, we require tenants to purchase and maintain a renters' insurance policy that will provide liability coverage and will cover their belongings in the event of a loss.
Need a little extra space? We offer convenient onsite storage units. As a tenant, you'll receive a 10% annual discount on any storage unit rental. Once your lease is signed, you'll receive a discount code that can be used to claim your resident rate.
