Please note, this is NOT an apartment for rent, but a bedroom for rent in a charming, shared house in the heart of downtown Saint Charles. There are 3 bedrooms/roommates, total, that all share 1 kitchen and bathroom. Each room is single occupancy. The bedroom for rent is located in the upstairs flat with washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, basic cable, basic internet, street and off street parking (city parking lot directly behind house) and ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. The house is located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, Lincoln Park and more. The house boasts high ceilings, walk-in closets, partial hardwood flooring, window a/c units and large backyard. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
Gas, electric, water, sewer, basic cable and basic internet included (no streaming/gaming).
1 year lease, valid email address, and bank account are required. Application fee is non-refundable ($40.00) for credit/background check. First month rent and security deposit ($575.00) are due upon lease signing. $100 of security deposit is non-refundable. Absolutely no pets, no smoking. Rent is collected via automatic withdrawal (ACH) from checking account on the 1st of each month.
