THIS IS A FOUR BEDROOM UNIT THAT WE LEASE BY THE BEDROOM.
Each tenant has a separate lease and each bedroom has a keypad lock. We keep electric/gas and water in our name and bill each tenant $100 a month for their share of electric/gas, water, and wifi. We also come in twice a month for light cleaning of the common areas and to refresh shared supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products. for $50 per month.
