Unit #1 is the main/original house in front. This two-story house has the kitchen, living room, dining area, one bedroom and both bathrooms on the ground level. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Extra storage can be found under the stairwell, in the unattached bathroom. There's an extra closet in the upstairs hall as well.
This unit gets the use of the front yard/porch, and the driveway in front. The apartments in back share the parking lot off the alley. This house has a fenced area off the side that works well as a dog run too.
The house is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen, as well as the A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Property has on-site laundry room with coin-operated machines for all tenants to use.
