2307 Spruce is the right side of the duplex in front. It comes with its own small fenced-in yard in front, and has access to a common patio area in back. Wood and vinyl flooring throughout, no carpet. There's an A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and an on-site laundry room for the five units to share.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
