1727 Grove is located in the Goss/Grove neighborhood at the northwest corner 18th and Grove. Its convenient downtown location gives you easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as The Pearl Street and 29th Street Malls. The house has five bedrooms, but works well as a four bedroom as well.

The house used to be split into two apartments so it has two kitchens, one on each level. The ground floor has the living/dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the first kitchen. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms, another bathroom, and the second kitchen.

There are hook-ups for a clothes washing machine in the closet off the lower kitchen. There are no dryer hook-ups. Tenants must supply their own washer. The house has a driveway for off-street parking. Street parking permits are available for purchase from the City of Boulder.

This house is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchens. We have a wall A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:

Living room = 11'11" x 12'2"

Dining room = 10'10" x 12'11"

Bedroom #1 (off lower kitchen) = 7'1" x 10'

Bedroom #2 (lower, w/attached bath) = 9'7" x 9'8"

Bedroom #3 (upper right) = 6'6" x 9'10"

Bedroom #4 (upper middle) = 10'9" x 8'8"

Bedroom #5 (off upper kitchen) = 10'3" x 10'5"

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
