1135 Pennsylvania consists of the original house on the property that was split into four units, and an addition onto the north/west with another 12 units. Great location, just a block to the CU campus and minutes to Pearl Street. Restaurants/cafes/shops just around the corner.
Apartment #2 is a bottom/garden level unit in the addition. Each unit has its own entrance off the patio area. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen, and fireplace in the living room of each apartment. All apartments have access to a communal laundry room on site, and share the yard space in front of the property. This apartment DOES NOT include a parking space. If you have a car, you will need to park on the street.
Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 11'4" x 10'5"
Bedroom = 8'10" x 12'6"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dogs allowed unless it's a service/support animal.
