1123 University is a house with two apartments that is located on University Hill. It's the house behind 1121 University. You don't get much closer to the CU campus: just one block away!
Apartment A is the main level and top story of the house. There's one bedroom, living/dining room, sun porch/mud room, and kitchen on the first floor. The remaining three bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, along with another small common area/sun room. The front porch of the house is just for this unit's use. The yard and off-street parking spaces are shared with all tenants at the property (1121 and 1123 University).
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living/dining room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

Living room = 10'8" x 12'3"
Dining room = 7'11" x 13'8"
Lower sun porch/mud room = 7'6" x 11'7"

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
