715 Marine Street consists of the original house that was split into two apartments, and a 6-unit addition on the back. The house and addition are separated by the on-site laundry room. This location on the west side of University Hill is easy walking distance to the CU campus and Pearl Street.
Apartment #4 is on the bottom level of the addition. It has a fenced-in patio/yard area accessible from the living room. The unit has hardwood-style vinyl flooring, a wood-burning fireplace and A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and access to the on-site laundry room (coin-operated machines).
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen, as well as the A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Approximate room dimensions:
Living room = 24'11" x 12'1"
Bedroom #1 (left) = 12'7" x 10'
Bedroom #2 (middle) = 12' x 9'1"
Bedroom #3 (right, w/attached bath) = 11'6" x 9'11"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
