Living room = 24'10" x 12'2"
Bedroom #1 = 12'5" x 9'10"
Bedroom #2 = 12' x 8'11"
Bedroom #3 (w/attached bath) = 11'5" x 10'
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
