715 Marine Street consists of the original house that was split into two apartments, and a 6-unit addition on the back. The house and addition are separated by the on-site laundry room. The central location is easy walking distance from CU campus, the Hill and Pearl.
Apartment #8 is on the top level of the addition and has vaulted ceilings. There's a loft space across the back of the living room for extra storage, that has another set of windows to let in lots of natural light. Each unit has a wood-burning fireplace and A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and access to the on-site laundry room. Carpet in the living room and bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.
These units are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit for the living room will stay, but any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 24'4" x 12'
Bedroom #1 (left) = 9'10" x 12'7"
Bedroom #2 (middle) = 12' x 9'1"
Bedroom #3 (right, w/attached bath) = 11'7" x 10'
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dogs allowed unless it's a service/support animal.
