Tenants must set up their own account with Xcel Energy for gas and electricity. Tenants may use any company they'd like for phone, TV, or internet service.

619 Marine consists of the original house on the property, and a 4-unit addition off the back. Conveniently located on the west side of University Hill, this house has easy access to Pearl Street as well as the CU campus.

Unit #1 is the main/original house in front. This two-story house has an open kitchen, large living room & dining room, as well as one bedroom and the bathrooms on the ground level. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. Extra storage can be found off the kitchen in the enclosed back/sun porch. There is an on-site laundry room with coin-operated machines for tenants to use.

This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen, as well as the A/C unit in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.

APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:

Living room = 13'10" x 14'6"

Dining room = 12'2" x 14'3"

Bedroom #1 (down) = 8'8" x 10'11"

Bedroom #2 (upper left) = 12'6" x 8'9"

Bedroom #3 (upper middle) = 12'4" x 12'11"

Bedroom #4 (upper right, facing front) = 10'7" x 18'

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG under 20lbs. allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
