It's equipped with an electric heat/air conditioner wall unit, refrigerator, microwave, and range. Shared gas water heaters supply hot water to each of the studios. All utility costs (water, sewer, electric, gas, trash) are included in the monthly rent. There is on site coin-operated laundry (4 washers & 4 dryers), a dumpster for trash, and individually locked mailboxes. No smoking is permitted inside the building and no pets are allowed. We do require a credit score of 620 or above and that the rent is no more than 30% of your income. We also run a criminal background check. A first month's rent fee of $500.00 is due at lease signing and is non-refundable.
