Hardwood flooring and ample window lighting throughout. Each unit has its own washer and dryer hookup in the basement. Tenant will be responsible for water, sewer, and electric/gas. Trash, lawncare, and snow removal is provided. No pets allowed and no deposit! We do require a credit score of 620 or above and that the rent is no more than 30% of your income. We also run a criminal background check. First month's rent fee of $500.00 is due at lease signing and is non-refundable.
