All adults over 21 shall submit an application. Occupancy maximum limited to 2 adults or 1 family. 1st month (prorated if necessary), last month and 1 month security deposit due at lease signing.
Rent (and initial funds due -1st month, last-month and 1 month security deposit) is paid via ACH/EFT (electronically/online) from tenant's personal rental portal at a current cost of $2.35 per transaction, so tenant must have internet access, email address and a bank account. Tenant will have the option to pay via Zelle if they wish to avoid the transaction fees.
After the application has been submitted and reviewed by our staff, Credit and background reports are pulled at a one-time cost of $35/tenant paid directly to TransUnion.
Tenant pays monthly for electricity (amount varies based on usage) and cable/tv/internet (amount varies based on plan and add-ons), if needed.
Rent includes snowplowing, water, landscaping and trash service. 2 CARS MAXIMUM no exceptions.
