2. No recent evictions
3. No violent felonies, drug charges or predators
The rent of $860/mo is discounted rent assuming the tenant attends free credit counseling and credit repair sessions by phone, once a month. The deposit is 1 month's rent or $860. Total to move in is $1,720.
If everything makes sense, then I'll collect a $25 application fee for the credit check and background check.
