There are 2 more bedrooms on the main level. Downstairs is a huge Rec room, more closet space, laundry room, and one more bedroom and bathroom. This house sits at the end of the cul-d-sac. A 2-car garage compliments this house.

MOVE IN COSTS: A reservation deposit of 25% of the base security deposit is required to take property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit at lease signing. We collect a full months rent upon lease signing and will pro-rate the second month. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
