This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split level house located in Marysville. The house features an open living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances, skylight, and pantry. The bedrooms are located upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring 2 closets and a full bathroom attached. The downstairs space is great with newly sheetrocked/painted walls. Use this space for an extra family room, storage, office space, etc--endless ideas. There is a slider door that opens into the fully fenced backyard.. The laundry area is also located downstairs. This house has a fully fenced backyard and a 2-car garage. This house is pet friendly and will allow up to 4 pets--no more than 2 of each kind-dogs and cats. Please see our pet application process on our website and more details below. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

The pet application must be completed. All approved pets are subject to a $25.00 pet acceptance fee, per pet. We collect a minimum of $500.00 per pet which is added to the security deposit. Dogs and cats (no more than 2 of the same animal) are welcome with a pet admin fee and other requirements met. HOW TO APPLY: Visit our website to apply online. $43 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. Please note that we do not accept portable reports and/or any other applications. Only applications submitted using Acranet through our website will be accepted.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
