The backyard is fenced and backs up to a greenbelt, sit in the backyard and enjoy the nature. This house has a 2-car garage. This house allows up to 4 pets--no more than 2 cats and 2 dogs each. HOW TO APPLY: Visit our website to apply online. $40 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
MOVE IN COSTS: A reservation deposit equal to the base security deposit is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit at lease signing.
We collect a full months rent upon lease signing and will pro-rate the second month.
The full Security deposit is required at move in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
The holding fee is payable by either Cashier Check or Money Order.
The move in funds is to be paid online using our Portal System. You can use either your checking account or our Retail Cash Payment system.
$100.00 a one-time lease administration fee
$25.00 one-time-per pet-lease administration fee
$14.50/month tenant liability insurance or supply your own
$10.00/month HVAC preventative maintenance program
