This studio unit has just been refreshed with new flooring, a kitchen light fixture, and a heater. Quiet location off Cook road and centrally located to stores, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Cats will be allowed. An additional $500 is collected per approved pet added to the security deposit. The kitchen has a fridge and oven, but no dishwasher. This unit does not have a washer/dryer, or hookups.

PETS/ANIMALS: The pet application must be completed. All approved pets are subject to a $25.00 pet acceptance fee, per pet. We collect a minimum of $500.00 additional security deposit per approved pet.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of one-month rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.

HOW TO APPLY: Visit our website to apply online. $45.50 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. Please note that we do not accept portable reports and/or any other applications.
