Pets: One small pet under 40 pounds would be allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of 400 dollars.

Financial Criteria: We request a minimum preferred credit score of 630, and tenants should have a monthly income of at least three and a half times the rent. This income will be verified, and an employment and background check are mandatory.
