Application Process:

Are you interested in one of our rental properties? We ask that you ride by the property you are interested in. If it still interests you, please call the office to set up a time to view the inside. If you like it and would like to apply to lease it, you will need to complete a rental application on or website or come into our office and bring the following:

• Application fee ($50 money order)

• Complete application

• (2) forms of identification

• (2) most recent check stubs

• SSI or Disability award letter

Please be patient, as some of our properties may be undergoing maintenance. They will not be available to view on the inside until repairs have been complete.
