Comes with one free covered parking space (a second uncovered parking space is possible) Located in The Auguston Condominium complex, this unit is conveniently situated in the heart of the Mill Creek business district — just minutes from Shopping, restaurants, services, and public transportation. From this complex, it is only about a 10-minute drive north to I-5 or west to I-405.

This well-designed ground-floor condo features oversized windows, modern lighting, and hard-surface laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and built-in microwave), a custom-built-in pantry, and recently upgraded countertops- including a convenient "breakfast bar" seating arrangement.



Just recently painted throughout and features newer tile floors in both bathrooms. It also has a serene private covered balcony (with extra storage) overlooking the community's natural wooded preserve. Community amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center. Mill Creek Town Center is within walking distance.

The ONLY UTILITY YOU PAY IS ELECTRICITY. The owner pays water, sewer, and garbage charges. The owner also pays the Homeowner dues.

Included in the monthly housing cost is our popular Residents Benefit Program! (This is a mandatory program). Those benefits include free Automated Clearing House payments (which allow check-free payment by bank transfer), up to $1000 accidental damage protection, free overnight hotel stays under certain emergency circumstances, security deposit review, free lock-out/key replacement coverage, and free sink drain packs! Pet policy. Pets are OK on a case-by-case basis (no exotic animals). No more than 2 smaller pets, must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, have all vaccinations, and have no history of aggressive behavior. No dogs over 35 pounds. There is a pet deposit of $400 + pet rent of $35 per month for one pet. Two pets, $600 deposit + $60 per month pet rent. There is no deposit or monthly rent for verified "service animals". Pets must be screened and service animals verified by applying through [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]

Qualifications-- good credit, stable verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (Approximately $5000 per month) -- for income qualifications we can combine the incomes of the two most highly compensated residents Additionally, we require favorable landlord references from current and past landlords. Renters insurance required. This is a No smoking building.

Minimum 12 month initial lease -- then lease extensions. Move-in funds required are just the "deposits". (security deposit, any additional pet deposits). There is a move-in administration fee of $250.

We do not accept "portable screening reports". We DO NOT offer virtual or video viewings -- Therefore, you (or someone representing you) must personally view the property prior to making application.
