Pest control, lawn care, extra storage, maintenance and high-speed Wifi is included in the rental cost. Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. Tenant is responsible for Electric, Gas, Sewer and Water. We use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill the water, sewer, and trash back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home.
**Please Note : -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.**
Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet - We also charge Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet, per month.
Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equalling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $200. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry: we have on-site coin operated laundry areas available for tenant use.
Parking: Every Tenant is assigned at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
