Holston View Located right off of Euclid Ave and Lee Highway in beautiful scenic downtown Bristol.
Pest control, lawn care, extra storage, and general maintenance is included in the rental cost. Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. There is beautiful original hardwood flooring throughout each unit. Tenant is responsible for Electric, Gas, Internet, Sewer and Water. We use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill the water, sewer, and trash back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home.
**Please Note : -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.**
Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet - We also charge Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet, per month.
Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equalling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $800. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry: we have on-site coin operated laundry areas available for tenant use.
Parking: Every Tenant is assigned at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
