Pet Policy:
- We allow up to 2 pets under 50 pounds per home.
- We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $150 for 1 pet and $250 for 2.
- We also charge Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet, per month.
-You must be willing to provide details on any pets living in the home.
Utilities:
Tenants will be responsible for any utilities, otherwise specified in the description, that are separately metered for their home.
This home includes trash pickup and WIFI.
If any utilities (electric, water, trash, and sewage) are shared between one meter or property, we use a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System to bill that back between all units equally using square footage / bedroom number of the home.
Fees:
- Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30
- Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment.
