Tenants will be responsible for any utilities, otherwise specified in the description, that are separately metered for their home.
Tenants will be responsible for all utilities except for WIFI. This will be billed back to the tenant through a RUBS system.
Fees:
- Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30
- Move In Fee - We charge a one time Move-In fee equaling one half of half of one rent payment.
- We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant usually costing a one time payment between $100 and $300. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry:
There is a stackable washer and dryer installed inside the unit.
Parking:
Street parking is available around the unit.
