A great First floor one bedroom loft apartment. ALL utilities included… Heat, electric, hot water, and sewer. Lots of windows, loft bedroom overlooking living room, (steps to loft are very steep though!) small kitchen. Perfect unit for one person or two. Two other units in the building, great downtown location across from Bowdoin College. Small yard and garden space.

However parking is an issue as the other two units have the three spaces in the driveway, and there is no parking on the street from 1–6 a.m. I'm trying to arrange a spot in the parking lot on the adjacent street(Noble) but not a definite yet. If you're about an employee or a student and have a parking permit that would be ideal, problem solved.

Security deposit, first months rent, application required. Preferably no dogs, one cat would be OK with monthly pet fee of $25. Won't last long!

*Update… response is very high, so to expedite the process of answering emails please state the following in your initial email response:

Who will be in the apartment with you, do you have a vehicle, and are you willing to start the lease on or around March 1. We will not be accepting applications for April 1 start date. Also please provide a phone number so I can call you back soon after your email response to discuss details. After our phone discussion I can then provide a link to the application as well set up a time to view the unit.

Located at 5 Potter St., Brunswick, on the Bowdoin College side of Potter Street. Very small backyard area, some seasonal item storage available in the basement.
