When can you see the inside? Not until after 6/1/2019
You can drive by, do not approach the house. Do not walk around. Do not talk to the residents or you will be disqualified.
Application Fee? $40
Section 8 ok? Yes, but you MUST have a 3 bedroom voucher, no exceptions regardless of budget. You also MUST have your move packet in hand and you must have a deposit of $500 ready NOW.
