1. All moves must be scheduled in advance with the Property Manager, and will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. The Property Manager will arrange for padding to be placed in the south elevator.
2. Absolutely no items may be moved through the lobby.
3. Moves in and out of the building are only permitted during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Saturday when the Building Maintenance Staff is on site to supervise.
4. No moves are permitted on Sundays or Holidays.
5. Monday moves may be scheduled for an additional fee of $100, between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 12:00 p.m. only when Building Maintenance Staff is on site to supervise.
6. A $200 non-refundable moving fee and a $00 deposit, in the form of a money order or a cashier's check, must be paid upon reservation of the elevator time for each move in and each
move out. Deposits will be returned as soon as the building engineer verifies that no damage occurred to any common area inside or outside of the building as a result of the move.
7. Any resident that extends their moving time past 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday or Monday
past 12 noon, will forfeit $100 of their security deposit.
8. The south elevator only shall be used during all moves, and the elevator is to be accessed through the rear door (the door leading directly into the garage). Moving in or out through the lobby is not permitted.
