-Complete the Application, be sure to click the blue text for additional fields.
-You will receive an email from SmartMove by Transunion with instructions to complete the credit/background check. You will be charged a fee of $30 for the credit/background check. --You will have an opportunity to review the results before sharing with Hodge Realty.
-Applications without complete credit/background check will NOT be considered.
-After the credit/background check is submitted, you will be notified about your approval. If approved, you will be given an opportunity to sign a lease for the property. Properties will not be held without a signed lease.

-Credit Check
-Background / Criminal Search
-Rental / Eviction History
-Employment / Income Verification
-Previous Landlord Referral
