Security Deposit at move-in? Usually the same amount as the rent.

What credit score do I need? Typically a 675 or better score.

Do we accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions.

Do we accept co-signers? Yes, with approval.

Do we accept no credit? No.

Do we accept people without a social security number? No.

Laundry? The laundry washer and dryer are inside the home.

Parking? Street parking in front of the house.

Is there Air Conditioning? Central AC and Heat included.

Appliances? Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer, and dryer are included.

What is the income requirement? Typically it is 2.5 times the rent amount. You will need to submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. If you are collecting payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement) If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
