Assigned schools are Silver Strand Elementary School, Coronado Middle School, San Diego Early/Middle College School, and Coronado High School of the Coronado Unified School District.

There is one bedroom downstairs. In that bedroom downstairs, is where the washer and dryer hookups are.

Lease Terms:

How long is the lease: 12 months minimum, then goes month to month.

Does it come with furniture? No.

Parking? Detached 2 Car Garage included.

Do you accept Section 8? Yes, but still need to pass a credit and background check and income requirements.

Do you accept pets? Dogs (under 25 lbs) and Cats are allowed.

Are utilities included? All utilities including the gardener (Currently $50 a month) are paid by tenants.

Appliances? The fridge is included. The washer and dryer are the tenant's responsibility.

Security Deposit at move-in? Usually the same amount as the rent.

What credit score do I need? Typically a 700 or better score.

Do you accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions.

Do you accept co-signers? No.

Do you accept no credit? No.

Do you accept people without a social security number? No.

What is the income requirement? Typically it is 2.5 times the rent amount. You will need to submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. If you are collecting payments from a 3rd source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, Retirement) you will need to submit a benefits letter stating how much you receive on a monthly basis. If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements. Please send those to our email.
