8. What credit score do I need? Typically, a 650 or better score.
9. Do you accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions.

12. Do you accept people without a Social Security number? No.
13. What is the income requirement? Typically, it is two times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. In that case, if you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I will need your last two bank statements.
