We have a nice spacious efficiency/studio apartment available near the Mayo Clinic. It's 2.5 blocks away from downtown and a quick 2 minute walk to the subway system. Once in the subway system, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is a furnished studio apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your use. Parking is on the street with a permit from Rochester City Hall ($31/year). We offer both long and short term lease. With a short term lease, you only required to give a 7 day notice to vacate the unit.

Long Term: $900 ($600 SD)

Short Term: $1,300 ($300 SD)

Utilities Included: Electric, Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Satellite TV, and WiFi Internet.
