Once in the subway, you are able to access the downtown without going outside. It is a upstairs furnished apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on-street parking which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Hall ($30/year + $8 app fee). We offer both long term and short term leases. With a short term lease, you are only required a 7 day notice to vacate the property.
