We have a third level furnished apartment located a few blocks away from Mayo Clinic. It is about 3 blocks away from the Ghonda building and Methodist Hospital. The subway entrance is 1 block away and once in it, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going back outside. It is a furnished apartment and the resident reimburses us for the electricity they use on a long term lease. Otherwise we pay for the gas, heat, water, sewer, garbage, Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street which needs a parking permit from the City of Rochester ($30/year + $8 app fee). There is a coin operated laundry on the backside of the building and you are able to access it 24/7. We offer both long term and short term leases. With a short term leases, a 7 day notice is required to move out. Any rent paid past the 7 days will be refunded to you. There is no application fee.

Qualifications:

1. Your income needs to be 3x that of rent.

2. No Felonies within the last 7 years and no recent criminal activities.

3. No Pets. (We have other places that allows pets)

Resident Responsibility: Electric

Utilities Provided: Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Satellite TV, and WiFi

Long Term: $1000/month + Electric ($1025 Security Deposit)

Short Term: $1,1400/month All Bills Paid ($800 Security Deposit)
