Recently remodeled furnished apartment near Mayo Clinic. The apartment is located 3 blocks away from the Mayo Clinic and 1.5 blocks away from the subway entrance. Once inside the subway, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. There is a 24/7 coin operated laundry facility on site. Street Parking is available with parking permit from Rochester City Hall ($25/year + $6 app fee). The heating is electric baseboard heating. This apartment is pet friendly (no aggressive breeds of dogs allowed) and we limit 2 pets per apartment. There is a pet deposit per pet. We offer both long term and short term leases. Short term leases requires a 7 day notice to vacate and any rent paid past the 7 days will be refunded. There are two prices for long term. First is unfurnished and resident pays for electric which is $850.00/month, or furnished and we pay all utilities for $950/month.
