We have a third floor one bedroom apartment located in between Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. The apartment is about 7 blocks to the Mayo Clinic and the Ghonda Building. St. Mary's is about 5 blocks away and easy walking distance. The place is unfurnished and we pay for the water, sewer, garbage, and WiFi internet. The resident puts electricity in their name and the heating is electric baseboard heat. The place comes with one off-street parking spot which is behind the house. There is a large backyard that is next to Cascade Creek and Kutsky Park is a few blocks away. The laundry is coin operated which is located in the basement. We only offer long term leases and the place is pet friendly. We limit two pets, no aggressive breeds of dogs, and there is a $150 per pet deposit which is refundable as long there is no damage or cleaning up after them. There are no application fees.
