It's located 5 blocks away from St. Mary's Hospital and about 7 blocks away from Mayo Clinic and the Ghonda building. The subway entrance is about 5 blocks away and once you are in it, you will be able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. This is a furnished apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes basic cable TV and WiFi internet. There is 1 off-street parking spot. The free laundry is located downstairs in the basement which is shared with the residents upstairs. We offer both long term and short term leases. The short term lease only requires a 7 day notice to vacate and any rent paid past the 7 days will be refunded. We are able to do in person or virtual tours with a 48 hour notice to the current residents.
