AVAILABLE July 1st: Holden Court Apartments is a 12 unit apartment complex. This apartment has a large living room, two large bedrooms, one bathroom & plenty of closet space. Kitchen comes with fridge, oven/stove, microwave & garbage disposal.
It is an affordable alternative to dorm living located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus. 2 designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Walk out your door and you are on campus. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. There are no laundry hookups in this building but there is a laundry mat a few blocks away. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity.
Tenants are required to apply ($30 fee per adult living there), get approved (600+ credit score) and sign a 1-year lease. The first month's rent and a 1 month's deposit are due before move in.
This property is cat friendly (no dogs), but we do require an additional $350 deposit per pet along with an additional $25/month fee per pet. 2 pet limit.
